Not only because he broke the law but because he has so consistently lied about it. His credibility is irrevocably shot.

Chris Huhne has apparently now pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice after many months of denials. If I was one of his constituents I would certainly want him to resign. If he can't respect the law of the land then how can he expect to be able to be involved in making laws.
