Out of control toilet

As Galen say these toilets have been around for a number of years but not necessarily controlled by phone apps.

Social services have been installing these under the disabled facilities grants, to allow disable people to live independently for quite a few years now. Mind you, I doubt if funding is as generous as it was.

I have friend who has phocomelia ( loss of limbs) of his arms! He has a very short, about3-4 inch stump on the left and that's it. He has a toilet that washes,dries etc: he couldn't be independent ad he is otherwise!
