Thanks for bumping this Phoenix. I couldn't listen to it when I first saw it and forgot to go back to it.
You're right, it is relaxing.

I didn't know that. I did actually buy the tapes to listen to with my chidren. They'd already become famous on the telly by then, but I have to say I never really liked the series much [on the telly, that is]. I wanted to hear what they were like on the radio. Not sure where the tapes are now [annoying, that, cause I want to listen to them now].

Bet you all knew this already, I didn't DUH!
David Walliams and Matt Lucas' Lou and Andy' were named after Lou Reed and Andy Warhol... but then I didn't listen to any of their early radio shows.

Bumping this, just because I think it might be a good relaxing song after a stressful day, if you know what I mean.

Phoenix thanks for that,I also listen to Transformers every now and then I play it along with Tapestry when I get the good stuff out to play.

I still often listen to Transformer, and imho it has really stood the test of time.

I saw him on a recent tour, first time and now the last. i love his voice, and as I never walked on the wild side, I loved doing it vicariously through Lou and other genius artists.

He certainly walked on the wild side.
