Didn't he just love mixing with the rich and powerful - I hope one day that grin is wiped right off his face.

We have just been watching Ross Kemp Extreme World (or whatever it is called) on our Sky Plus. I said to DH 'I can't believe he was married to Rebecca Brooks'. They seem such an odd match - not sure why. Not that that's got anything to do with Tony Blair... just crossed my mind.

I don't think you can embarrass Tony Blair. As for Rebecca Brooks, she's a great networker and has obviously used her contacts to good use in the past. It wouldn't surprise me if she wiggles out of this...

Bet Tony Blair wishes he had not taken that call from Brooks. Or been so supportive. She obviously had a talent for making friends with prime ministers didn't she.
