Read the link now, just the three so far, so the answer is obvious.

Not something I would choose but good luck to them!

Is it a mixed crew or are they having their own boat?

I have nothing but admiration for them.
However, I can't help wondering how accepting some of the guys will be. My cousin was a submariner, from what he has said, they are welcome too it !

Oh it will take ages for that to happen tanith. It's a start though, and I thought today seeing the three of them smiling on tv , it's an historic moment really.Just like the first women priests. And we were here to see it happen!

Well done indeed. Is it too much to hope old prejudices and suspicions in and out of 'the service' are well and truly gone? I have my doubts.

Not sure if this is a broken glass ceiling event, but it's a broken 'tradition' at least and a great achievement. Well done those women.
