Police pretty busy ana . They may not have time or resources for things like:

"Oh you know that broadcast that was banned the other day, I wonder if they might have popped it onto their website or on Facebook, youtube etc etc ..."

I made a complaint to the advertising standards authority recently about a company that were advertising their snacks as "healthy" (not allowed to do this unless there is evidence). I got extremely rapid response, company changed all their internet marketing to "tasty". Like the police the ASA rely on people letting them know of problems.

If it's been banned, presumably the police are aware of it?

Won't go there then. But if you think it is inciting racial hatred then maybe report to the police?

I visited the BNP website because I wanted to see what the fuss was about in relation to their banned political broadcast - I now feel I need a shower. How anyone can take this party seriously is beyond me!
