I'm with you, water. It's always interested me, perhaps strangely, after having read 'Dune' many years ago, and having read how important an oasis in the desert is, as a child, and then later reading about how all those deserts used to be forests, but the trees were removed. I know there are some pretty good localised schemes, but we need something on a far bigger scale.
