longitude prize

I'm with you, water. It's always interested me, perhaps strangely, after having read 'Dune' many years ago, and having read how important an oasis in the desert is, as a child, and then later reading about how all those deserts used to be forests, but the trees were removed. I know there are some pretty good localised schemes, but we need something on a far bigger scale.

There is to be a new longitude prize with a £10 million prize fund; the challenge is to help solve one of the greatest issues of our time. The six issues are:
*flight
*water
*antibiotics
*food
*paralysis
*dementia
Read more here and then say which of the issues would get your vote and why.
I would vote for water because I believe a clean water supply is everyone's most basic need. Over to you.
