What on earth makes a paper use the death of a 17 year old schoolboy to make jokes about class in it's warped mind.??
Horatio Chapple was the 17 year old schoolboy who was savagely killed by a polar bear. His inquest has started and the Socialist Worker ran an article headed ' ETON BY BEAR' and concluded by saying 'ANOTHER REASON TO SAVE THE POLAR BEARS'
The left wing paper obviously finds it amusing and considers class warfare to be a reason to write such a vile, disgusting crass article but I certainly don't. What the hell does it say about the far left if they think it is fair game to stoop so low because the boy was deemed in their pathetic minds to be 'posh'. Would they have wrote the same article had he been a lad from a state school, no. It's totally shameful.
Some papers have carried the story, I don't think one well known, widely read paper has mentioned it, I could be wrong. Had the article appeared in the likes of the Daily Mail there would have been an outcry and Labour would be calling for yet another inquiry and the BBC would calling for the editors head to roll.
There are quite rightly many occasions when papers have been taken to task but I find this article and it's whole message behind what was written sick and quite frankly one of the worst. I wonder what Leveson would have made of this article. Bugger all probably.
His family must despair. They also had to endure abuse after his death by 'trolls' on Facebook, again cowardly little oiks with not an ounce of empathy.
