Well, that does seem a bit odd, to say the least!
A while ago GN were looking for volunteers for a survey on Politics, if you were chosen you had to have a different user name to post on it. I did the survey, but was still able to post on other threads using my ordinary user name.
As you have noticed, I've posted on the manifesto thread, but didn't need to do anything like download outlook or change my user name.
So basically I'm as confused as you are!
Perhaps someone will come along in a minute and explain.......
