Broadband Speed affecting house prices

It's one of the first things I told my sister to look out for, along with mobile reception as we have none here at all. I'm not surprised, even our favourite holiday cottage is now no longer viable because DBH is so addicted to the internet.

Yes it is unfair but I think I would certainly consider the speed should I move house.

Watching "Rip Off Britain" and it seems that Right Move are putting Broadband Speeds with house details.

Luckily we live in an area with fast fibre broadband but surely it is unfair that people will get less for their house as the broadband available is out of their control.
