Can't stand it when they say "The fact of the matter is..."

During interviews when they say, "But the real question is....". No the real question is the one that has just been asked and you don't want answer it.

"I don't accept that" trotted out by all politicians when challenged about a problem, often created by their own party and generally acknowledged by most of the general public to be the case.

and often on Question Time starting a response with "well" and a ten second pause for a bit of thinking time. A ploy used particularly by Harriet "this is what a feminist looks like" Harman, among others.

Starting a reply to a question with a patronising 'Look, .........' and just about everything else they say.

Having said that, although I am not a Labour supporter, Frank Fields has had some sensible things to say especially about waste in the NHS.

Everything they say but most of all their 'sincere' facial expression.

-lessons will be learnt. They seem to have so many lessons to learn it is difficult not think that they are -as thick as two short planks- very ignorant.

"It was written on the back of a fag packet". (You too matey)

" I want to stay in a reformed European Union". ( yep, I agree but what if it doesn't happen)

"We have a 5 point plan". (rubbished so it is dropped})

"The NHS is safer in our hands". ( crap, a problem for any party)

"We feel your pain"

Hardworking families. Such a cliché.

What expressions annoy you? In the run up to the Election we will be hearing things like 'we want to be totally transparent' and 'let me be clear on this'.
