Jeb Bush is brother of George W and son of George, so bad enough without even factoring in Senator grandfather and one only has to look at his background as Governor of Florida -remember the "recount" in the 2000 election and the "hanging chads"? (otherwise known as "We'll keep on counting until we get the number we want") to feel revulsion and dread of what could be in store. If you don't remember what sounds like one of the rigged votes since Saddam Hussein's landslide majority, Google it and ask yourself how safe you would feel with this man's finger on the red button, or indeed ANY button.
My first reaction is oh no [didnt even know whether he is Republican or Democrat]. My second reaction, not knowing the man at all, is, is it fair to assume that it is a case of like father, like son and grandson?
I have just read that Jeb Bush – George W's brother and the one who was always intended to follow Poppy Bush – is "actively considering" seeking the Republican nomination for the next presidential election. Even more worrying is that a CNN poll puts him substantially ahead of the other potential candidates. Please no – we've already had 15 years of Bush presidencies and wasn't grandfather Bush a senator before all that?
