Our culture of those running companies paying themselves as if they own them has been a bugbear of mine for years. This guy seems to have got the message that he is an employee!

He seems like a really decent and unassuming man.

The point he made about money being distributed more evenly in Japan (and the same is true of the Scandinavian countries) just goes to show that there are alternatives to the "greed is good" US model.
