That was a false Twitter account.
Yvette Cooper was born in Inverness so is probably unlikely to make such a silly remark.

Course it is! Cos the north starts at Watford to those trapped in the Westminster bubble. Scotland, N of England, makes no difference -they all talk with a funny accent.
