Pensions minister on 5live at 11 today. She was also on Moneybox live on radio 4 yesterday. She just says there's no money to reverse the changes and they have been agreed by parliament. I have signed the petition.

I have signed and shared on Facebook and Twitter. It doesn't affect me - I was one of the lucky ones born in 1950 and got my pension just 4 months after my 60th birthday. One of the few times I've had reason to be grateful that I'm older than some people. I have several friends and family members, though, who fall into this group and whose life plans have been seriously impacted as a result.

I too was born in 1950, so only had my pension delayed a few months . I am still not happy that for new pensioners they willl get a higher amount than us oldies, albeit delayed. It wouldn't be worth me topping up I don't think.

Don't be conned, seacliff, most of us won't be getting that higher "universal" amount. In fact, they reckon only 4 in 10 will. Any years that we were "opted out" won't count towards the new pension, though they would have done towards the current one. People really need to ask for a pension forecast, otherwise they could be very disappointed when they finally get to pension age.

I got my forecast recently. I'm 60 now but will not get my State Pension until I'm 66. Even though I have 41 years of NI contributions so far, my pension forecast under the new scheme is less than £100 a week. As I am entitled to the full pension of £115.95 under the present scheme, that's what I'll be getting. The accompanying letter read as though I should be grateful for not having the £90 odd foisted on me!

Like Maggie I'm contracted out, I can get state pension at 64½. My forecast is £128 pw. From next April no contracted out contributions will exist so full amount must be paid. This can add to state pension by a few pounds a week for each year.

God it's a minefield now. I didn't realise not everyone would get the £150, thanks Maggie.

What do you make of the select committee suggestion to let certain people take their state pension early at an actuarial reduced rate? (5.8% pa?) The committee are taking further evidence till 10 April. #WASPI

Apparently I've already signed this petition. I went to the fb page to sign it and it said I couldn't do it again! I've signed so many lately that I have forgotten which ones.
