Best Laugh I have had today was at Nigel Farage declaring that today - 24th June - would go down in history as INDEPENDENCE DAY. Totally oblivious to the fact that 24th June is 'Bannockburn Day' much celebrated for many years by Scottish Nationalists.

* Battle of Bannockburn 24/06/1314 when Scots defeated 'Proud Edwards Army' and sent them homewards to think again.

I also read something in a New York newspaper that said the Government has been brought down by Brexit. This because Cameron quit presumably.
