The justice committee is concerned with courts not police enquiries , he cannot change laws on drug taking - if he wanted to or on police methods of questioning and or arrests . If he is guilty he will have to resign as an MP, I dislike witch hunts . So many innocent men are having their lives ruined because of allegations which are later proved false

No, I haven't found him guilty. I have said the appropriate course of action for him to take in the circumstances would be to step down from the committee, until it's been decided whther he is guilty or innocent.

Quite simple, innocent until proven guilty . Too many people have been named and shamed and judged without being charged. Think Clinton and the republican FBI chap.

The justice committee is the one that decides the on how the courts work. How can someone who is being investigated by the police not say there is conflict of interest there?

Should anyone resign because they are being investigated ? If arrested then yes

Keith Vaz is going to be investigated about drugs offences.
Presumably now, he will have to leave the Justice Committee.

His history in Leicester and elsewhere (which I understand is to be believed) is just a catalogue of disgraceful behaviour.

Not thick skinned, just has no shame.

Don't condemn him fir either but I do condemn home for being dishonest and there are lots of questions about things in his past which appear to be not quite right!
