I see the FBI have stated that there is no further case to answer.
Will this affect the election?

I don't understand why you think hardly anyone will "get it" either. Anyonre of a certain age will rrecognise Christine Keeler and know that she was doing better than just making ends meet.
However, you do need to clarify why she is relevant to Hilary Clinton. Have you been reading rumours about HC that no-one else has?
Me too. I'd hardly compare a high-end call girl, like Christine Keeler with a poor prostiture trying to 'make ends meet'. Nor do I understand the significance to this thread.
Im68Now - I'm still struggling to see the relevance of your posts on this thread
You can find the timetable of events in the USA here

dj Clinton is 302 this morning, and Trump 234.
What are these figures and where are you getting them from? America only started the main vote (yes, I know there were early votes cast) this morning. Is this on polling trends so far?
AS I understand it Hillary Clinton needs 271 electoral college votes to secure the presidency. By your figures she's done it; but, of course, she hasn't. yet...
As someone else has said, it is amazing that out of all the people living in America these are the two chosen to run for President. Personally Trump scares the life out of me as I think he is too volatile but my gut feeling is Clinton is devious and I don't trust her. I have heard Americans say they won't vote for her because they cannot forgive her for what happened in Benghazi.
Then why are you bothering DaphneBroon, I don't think everyone will see it.
Hilary Clinton is a nasty sly piece of work, i think they U.S has a tough 4 years ahead which ever way they vote.
Cheap "joke" Im68now, not particularly amusing or relevant (to anything) .
Clinton is 302 this morning, and Trump 234.
Moving in the right direction.
Are you in hospital, Elrel? Hope it's not too serious.
Going back to what it was like before, I hope. When I was in primary school my parents had lodgers, West Indian trainee doctors, both male and female. My mother was a nurse and many of her friends were foreigners.
Ism64 - Terrifying is indeed the word
Durham Jen - I'm just hoping that sanity may prevail
What a sad way for a once great country to acquire their first female president.
My late aunt was proud to be the first female Lord Mayor of a great UK city. I'm glad that she was spared knowing of this debacle.
Tonight I'm being nursed by competent Filipinas. .
Maybe they should enter politics with the dignity, compassion and humanity they are demonstrating each time they enter my room.
Life is not about the exchange rate.
Yesterday I met two black female first year medics. I do hope change is in the air.
i dont trust Hilary Clinton one little bit , there`s a lot of covering up been done, Donald Trump. to me, is the less of two evils
Clinton is heading for 299.2 electoral college votes now. Not quite sure how you get 0.2 votes, but never mind.
Trump's on 238.
Hope it stays like that. I actually expect her to be over 300 in the morning.
All the things you mention, Rhinestone, are on our BBC news at the moment.
Insulting Americans by saying they would have no interest if an election was taking place here is offensive and not borne out by talking with citizens of that country. The outcome of their election doesn't only affect America, there are significant risks for the rest of the world in Trump wins.
I'd quite like them to do a similar interview about the UK government and its links to banks and Saudi and Qatar, the revolving door.
Assange: Clinton is a cog for Goldman Sachs & the Saudis (JOHN PILGER EXCLUSIVE VIDEO & TRANSCRIPT)
Australian journalist and documentary maker John Pilger (L) and Julian Assange, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of WikiLeaks © Reuters / Dartmouth Films
Whistleblower Julian Assange has given one of his most incendiary interviews ever in a John Pilger Special, courtesy of Dartmouth Films, in which he summarizes what can be gleaned from the tens of thousands of Clinton emails released by WikiLeaks this year.
It was said in a post today
"I do not understand what wikileaks get out of it".
I know by reading posts on Gransnet over the years some posters are admirers of John Pilger and Julian Assange/wikileaks. It is obvious some posters are admirers of Hilary Clinton. Some posters are vocal over the governments connections with Saudi Arabia.
What do you feel about the John Pilger/Assange interview shown on Russia Today on saturday? (I know a few GNers watch Russia Today). If you have not watched it it is interesting. I don't know how much truth I would apply to Pilger/Assange/Russia Today , but obviously some posters do.
The interview is very damning against Hilary Clinton.
To be honest I would put up extracts from the interview but I am wary of doing so, it discusses the Clinton Foundation resources and payments, the FBI and Clinton's etc. It is not pro Trump either. This is the Full Transcript of the interview.:-
www.rt.com/news/365405-assange-pilger-full-transcript/
It is on you tube to view also. The interview was shown on Saturday.
I am no fan of Assange/wikileaks by any stretch of the imagination but how can those who do find him some sort of liberal, left Icon pick and choose when to believe what he and wikileaks release.
I can't abide either Trump or Clinton.
Yes, I know about that woman, the one who was 13, I think, when it happened. Anybody who reads political stuff knows about all those things he has done.
His minders have now stopped him tweeting so he doesn't say anything he shouldn't.
Of course, the democrat line is, if he can't be trusted to tweet, how can he be trusted with nuclear anything.
I noticed that Bernie was with Clinton today.
Had to look back there to see what I said.
I wasn't putting words in your mouth, but asking you a question, which is why there was a question mark after asking Are you saying...?
durhamjenI believe you put words in my mouth. I did not say I wanted Trump to win. Actually I wanted Bernie to win. I am saying that I fear if Trump does win there will be rioting because many of his followers are rilled up.
Don't know if you Brits knew Trump had a woman who filed a rape charge against him recently but withdrew her lawsuit as she was getting death threats. Have you heard what he says about woman? Or how he made fun of a person with disabilities? Or how he didn't pay employees? People want change as many in your country did with Brexit. He was the only non political alternative.
And yes I am interested in elections in many countries as we are now a global society and what happens in one country affects us all.
We are entitled to comment Sarah this could have implications far wider than someone's job prospects in the Midwest.

Strange how he always calls her dishonest. I wonder how many voters have voted for him because of him saying that ad infinitum.
