In the UK, only a few hundred thousand voters' votes ever matter. Mine never has.
I doubt if there is a country in the world which has unlimited freedom of expression. The UK doesn't.
PS. North Korea calls itself a democracy. A democracy is a system of government which aims to rule for the benefit of all its citizens, as opposed to a privileged few. It doesn't necessarily mean that people get a say in how that system operates.
