That's hilarious... if he has to hire Mexicans because no one is available to work on the wall.
I will say that as far as I know, Bacon-Davis wages are still in effect, so any US workers will have to be paid at that wage level.
Many years ago I remember when clerk on such a job that these wages were equal to union wages, and that included time and a half over 40 hours.
George W did suspend it during the repairs from Katrina (to save money!) So I wonder if Trump will suspend it during the wall construction? I wonder if the unions will protest at that if it comes to it.
