I could put up links to Barry Gardiner re expenses claims and other 'occurrences' but maybe 'gloating' is not very wise sometimes.

There are degrees of suitability. My point was that as defence barristers, they are used to thinking quickly on their feet and the ability to argue with persuasion is their stock in trade. Imo they will be eminently more suitable compared to those three who to date have shown very little understanding of the intricacies relating to A50.

I ask because you give the impression by trying to compare both Fox and Davis with the roles of Barristers in the case of Thornberry and Starmer as though they are somewhat deficient in stature to deal with Brexit Negotiations!

I would say anybody who is not politically biased would think they are both very qualified to negotiate within the European Union and business world as they have actually held various roles within those fields.

He worked his way educationally by going to a grammer school and ended up at Harvard. Another problem for some no doubt for a Tory but a badge of honour if you are a Labour MP. Hypocrites!

He has been a Europe Minister, Party Chairman, Deputy Prime Minister and Shadow Home Secretary during his political career.
