I am seriously getting worried, that that joke Corbyn might end up running he country, which will within months, put a new social policy in place to be paid for by the ones that work, and on their knees knees already, borrowing money, left right and centre, so that llike every labour government in history leave us in massive debts that will increase until, once again the country votes conservative to sort it all out. I probably won't be here it see that happen. I notuce the frugal life style Blair had, an example to all labour voters. He and his very rich family did very well out of it, pity the country didn't, particularly those youngsters sent to Iraq.

And the head of Labour at the moment is not an idiot.

Tell me why you want to vote for Jeremy Corbin? Tell me why you believe in the labour party at the moment jen? not what it "should" stand for of course but why you think others are idiots when the people that want my vote are not inspiring me at all.

This is funny. People might be actually voting for these Tory candidates.

Jacob Rees-Mogg is not the only idiot in the party.

They may have but I also see them rather over-run with too many people coming over and not knowing what to do about it.

SAAK other countries have had rules such as having an income and paying into the system for a while before being able to get any benefits or join the health scheme.

No one punishes disabled. You just have to be genuinely disabled. I don't class someone with a disability unless severe unable to work and be part of our society.

GracesGranMK2 Mon 05-Jun-17 19:23:40

I don't think it will be up until later whitewave but I will keep looking.

durhamjen Mon 05-Jun-17 19:19:27

Good idea, GracesGran.
In the meantime,

kittysjones.wordpress.com/2017/06/05/nothing-about-you-without-you-the-labour-party-manifesto-for-disabled-people/

Labour and how they stand up for the disabled instead of punishing them.

Is it a "back up" thing? Never understood it and find it pretty annoying. Say what you want to say, put it in your words, isn't that what a forum is all about?

whitewave Mon 05-Jun-17 19:15:13

gg it would be really worth posting for those who missed it.

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 19:12:41

Why do people keep posting "links" on a live speaking site? Why can't you just describe it yourselves?

GracesGranMK2 Mon 05-Jun-17 19:11:27

I will try and get a link later in the evening Jen. It isn't on the Beeb site yet.

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 19:09:28

Wasn't Maggie Thatcher seen as Xenophobic?

durhamjen Mon 05-Jun-17 19:08:39

Yes, wasn't it, GracesGran. I can't understand anyone not wanting to vote Labour if they want an NHS worth having.

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 19:08:36

I personally see that a Labour government started all this in the first place.

trisher Mon 05-Jun-17 19:08:21

Colleague is usually associated with professionals and might sound pretentious to some.
I mean I moved into a profession and hence ceased, in the strictest sense of the word, to be working class. I am very proud of my working class roots and the ideals and beliefs they gave me and which I still have.

GracesGranMK2 Mon 05-Jun-17 19:05:16

Really good PPB for the Labour tonight - just people in NHS talking and now a teacher - I do hope people see it.

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 19:04:47

I want Brexit. If Labour ever get a strong government back in place after this then I'm all for it.

whitewave Mon 05-Jun-17 19:01:27

Powerful political broadcast by the Labour Party.

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 19:01:03

I do have colleagues and yes, I'm working class. I don't assert either I state who I am.

What does "moving on" mean trisher? Do you mean you are ashamed of being working class?

trisher Mon 05-Jun-17 18:57:31

Do working class people have "colleagues"? Some of the people I worked with used that term, but we were undoubtedly middle class. I always suspect people who keep asserting they are working class. I have working class roots but have moved on. Recently my GS asked me for "Brioche please" and I knew I was even more middle class than I thought.
Still I suppose building walls and the coast defences will provide work for many (oh but then we'll need the immigrants to do it!)

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 18:47:45

If you would like proof of this i can tell you so much about the menopause that will totally squash this "rumour" you may be trying to start.

whitewave Mon 05-Jun-17 18:47:02

dd how do we get that information? I suppose the only ones of interest will be marginals so it wouldn't be as bad as it sounds

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 18:45:37

PS. Im a woman so there isn't any doubt.

stillaliveandkicking Mon 05-Jun-17 18:44:45

are you referring to me there daph? if so, there are a few things that I agree with him on and glad to say so.

daphnedill Mon 05-Jun-17 18:43:38

LOLOL! He's a Trumpist! Maybe he (or is it a she?) is going to volunteer to build the walls and sea defences.
