God knows the country is going to the dogs

What has happened to the U.K. postal service? I get statements from a couple of Banks in the U.K. and they have stamps and franking Marks from Germany or Holland - initially I thought it was a one off but it is not - every month the same.

Today I received information from e-bay that in future my dealings with them (in Germany) will go through another European banking system which does no longer include the UK and Northern Island.
I seems Brexit is almost here.

You couldn't make it up, could you? UK fishermen sell their quota to foreign firms, then complain that "Defra let them do it" and the nasty EU is ruining their industry.
