Just having a browse through this morning news and read in the Telegraph that the NHS is preparing for around 2 million Brits to question their gender in the coming years. Well, how long exactly do they mean? Are that many people really going to be pondering the same thing? I know I won't!

I guess they mean that it will now be a forever on going situation. It is now acceptable to speak out about it.
I think the difficulty is that there are a few people who are possibly wanting to change gender rather than feel they are assigned the wrong gender.

Does it really matter what gender a person is?
Shouldn't we accept others how they wish to be accepted?
As yet, in spite of all the talk, we are NOT an inclusive society by a long chalk.

Of course, we should accept others as they wish to be, but I was just surprised by the estimation given! It's quite a newsworthy topic atm so I suppose we should take what the papers say with a pinch of salt!
