With reference to your post of 17.37 Maizie there was nothing remotely hysterical in my earlier post. I was responding to jura's dramatic reference to "expats in the EU are just terrified".
We have friends in France who aren't terrified. They voted remain but told us that had they still been living in the UK they'd have voted leave. It's clear from the threads on GN that people are worried about what will happen, on both sides of the debate but IMO to speak those living in the EU's terror is an example of hysteria, as is the subject of this thread.
I haven't seen any posts on GN from leavers exhibiting hysteria, quite the opposite in fact. A lot of positive posts have been made in the last 2+ years. The endless prophets of doom come from those who voted remain.
Day6
Mr. S. is having similar conversations with friends and family members who would change their remain vote to leave. But as there wont be another referendum I suppose it doesn't really matter now, but it's good to know when we hear so much about leavers supposedly regretting their decision.
When a political leader lies on their CV - can you trust them?
Farage fails to report 5 million gift!
Why doesn't Starmer hold another referendum?
