OldMeg - totally agree that we need a coalition government at this time. Unfortunately our elected representatives are interested in feathering their own nests, with little interest or regards for the rest of us.

I’d be surprised if she survives this one unscathed. Cameron knew just what a poisoned chalice he had brewed when the referendum results were announced and jumped ship.

Of course in a situation like this we need joined-up thinking and a non-party approach with the best people, economists, leaders of industry and seasoned politicians, in charge. A coalition of the best, but with all parties in disarray there’s absolutely no chance of that.

So 50 MPs met to discuss getting rid of her, should we be counting the days? Or will she simply stay because there's no other suitable candidate and no one wants a poisoned chalice?
