Yes it was a good article, and so true.

Yes, funny but alarming.

Best line: 'But I imagine Stanley will now have been spirited to the oubliette in which Jacob Rees-Mogg is being kept, after his appearance on Victoria Derbyshire’s BBC programme.'

I’ve barely heard a coherent sentence from Johnson Jnr yet and that includes the Marr show yesterday. It seems that his advisors are now realising it is less damaging for him not to show, than to actually turn up and demonstrate just how bad a speaker he is.

Despite all this nonsense of sending your dad to such an important discussion, there can be no excuse for the PM not to turn up except that his minders know he's clueless. How DO you fit, 'Let's get Brexit done.' uttered repeatedly into a debate on climate change?

As Hyde says, Rees-Mogg has apparently been consigned to his coffin for the duration of the campaign and practically none of the top team are appearing in anything but the most staged events.

Yet none of this seems to matter to some people.

Actually Marina's article is deeply angry. Some of the comments below it might upset the Leavers who still belief in the buffoon.

For an amusing read see Marina Hyde's article in the Guardian on Friday. it cheered up a dismal Sunday afternoon caused by a faulty valve in the plumbing and water everywhere.
