Where are the Green Party in Scotland? They are in Government in partnership with the SNP. Certainly they owe this to the second votes of thousands via the PR system used in Scottish Elections and the votes of the 16 to 18 yos who have a vote.

Same here GrannyMac, I don’t know who to vote for now at all.
Do any of them believe that TW are TW?

I voted green for many years.,but their stance on women's rights means I can no longer. it could be their moment. .bit they will miss it due to this

I saw someone on another thread saying that in light of last week's events they couldn't vote Tory again and they would vote Green but consider it a wasted vote.

Now really could be the Green Party's moment. Focus on the key issues, get out there and talk to people, grab all the inspired young and disenchanted older voters and go out all guns blazing.

I believe sian berry quit as co leader as her stance on TWAW was being challenged by some sections of the party

I’m too slow smile

Oh dear. I did wonder if that was the case. The last time I heard them on R4 they were discussing trans stuff.

They have just changed their co-leaders, and they are now Carla Denyer and Adrian Ramsay - www.greenparty.org.uk/people/leaders-of-green-party.html
Yes I agree we need them more than ever, but they need a media that is prepared to give them coverage. Otherwise they would need to do activities like XR.
Caroline Lucas was on Question Time last Thursday, and she always comes over well. I'd really like her round for an evening meal some time, she looks so much fun.

Caroline lucas was on Question Time. sadly instead of fighting green issues they are now more concerned with the TWAW debate

Blimey, you’re right.
Are they hiding with the LibDems?
Has everyone just given up?
I think that the Greenies have actually got two party leaders at present.

We've had nothing but COP26 this week and rightly so, but there has been no mention of the Green Party. Surely this would have been a time for them to raise their profile, but I've not even heard them mentioned or seen anyone from that party speaking on TV. TBH I've no idea who their leader is now. What do we all think about this sad state of affairs? We need this party to gain more recognition if we're to reduce our carbon footprint and this could be their finest hour if only they showed their face.
