To turn up looking like a tramp is showing clear disrespect to all the fallen.

It is funny or clever, it is a disgrace.

He will never have male model looks but I don't judge people on their looks.
More what they do than how they look.

It's very odd this.

Now that lemon has reminded us of Corbyn's 'anorak' I looked it up. He got a thorough pasting from press and public for it.

But there's so much tolerance of overweight scruffy Johnson... Who doesn't even have any redeeming characteristics of honesty, sincerity, empathy, principles, morality, competence, etc. etc. etc.

hmm hypocrisy is a word that springs readily to mind.

I'm not incorrect as I said ^ No clue, has he.^

He hasn't got the leaf of the poppy at 11 o'clock either.

No clue, has he.

Clearly someone else has not got a clue!

His dress sense is abysmal but on this point you are incorrect.

They've changed their tune!!

I don’t think he’s kept to that post-covid fitness regime!

JenniferEccles Sat 13-Nov-21 13:48:13

His jacket looks a bit tight to me.
He should have stood upright, shoulders back and pulled in his tummy like most of us do in photos ?

Casdon Sat 13-Nov-21 13:42:58

I don’t think he dresses this way to be deliberately disrespectful, or that he wears cheap clothes. However he’s put weight on, and you can see that both his jacket and his collar are too small. His posture is dreadful, but even so he would look much better if he just wore clothes that fitted him.

eazybee Sat 13-Nov-21 13:29:21

I don't see any lack of respect. He is wearing a collar and tie, his jacket is buttoned, he is standing to attention and as he is outside there is a breeze blowing, ruffling his hair, even.
Fashion plate, never.

Teacheranne Sat 13-Nov-21 13:04:29

Or even Jeremy Corbyn.

It’s his look isn’t it??
Still, he is wearing a suit.
Not an anorak.

Who wore an anorak?

Jeremy Corbin I think

BlueBelle Sat 13-Nov-21 12:52:53

It’s disrespectful because he doesn’t try He thinks it makes him adorable and ‘one of the people’ but he’s a disgrace
If he’s got unkempt flyaway hair he could keep it short and neat If he’s a bad shape he needs someone to suggest the right clothes (suit) for his shape or better still don’t eat so much and go to the gym
The rest of his family (like them or loath them) are all well dressed and neat and tidy he does it on purpose You don’t have to look a mess just because you have a bigger figure you just have to try a bit harder
I have a close friend who is a size 24 but always looks so lovely she wears clothes that suit her larger figure her hair and make up always look perfect a very pretty older large lady

Some folks are just born unkempt and how ever hard they try will never look polished.

As for the leaf of his poppy being in the wrong position, according to the Royal British Legion there is no right or wrong way to wear your poppy, we are just grateful people wear them

Calistemon Sat 13-Nov-21 12:30:17

In a way I do have some sympathy as I always manage to look like a sack of potatoes however hard I try.
My hair is "difficult" too!

Riverwalk Sat 13-Nov-21 12:17:34

That Benny Hill look - all part of his charm hmm

Riverwalk Sat 13-Nov-21 12:16:04

Those clenched fists again!

He looks awful - so bad I thought the photo might have been doctored.

Germanshepherdsmum Sat 13-Nov-21 12:15:00

He probably does wear Savile Row tailoring but is one of those people who always look scruffy whatever they wear. Even if he had a decent haircut he’d still look like a sack of potatoes. However he wasn’t voted in for his impeccable fashion sense and make model looks was he?

silverlining48 Sat 13-Nov-21 12:07:24

It’s not a good look though is it? He is our prime minister and should have some pride. He lets us all down ( in so many ways).

lemongrove Sat 13-Nov-21 12:05:50

Sadly M&S have stopped doing mens suits, or so I heard.
I bet they are Savile Row .....it’s just his shape.I empathise with him there!?

Scones Sat 13-Nov-21 12:05:16

I hear the phrase 'Penny for the guy' when I look at that photo.

Calistemon Sat 13-Nov-21 12:03:03

I don't think I'd mind if he bought a couple of well-fitted Savile Row suits and put them on expenses as he is representing this country!

Or even M&S tailoring ?
