I've just read the BBC News online and found this article. A soldier who served in Afghanistan built a castle in Wales as a coping mechanism for his PTSD. His project has helped countless people, adults and children alike, to overcome their own difficulties.
The report moved me to tears, what a truly inspirational man, well done.
Wales........you should be immensely proud of one of your own!
