*Reuters, Mar 11* A source hiding behind the fake name Urmstongran has posted evidence on social media that Scotland’ s first minister, Nicola Sturgeon, was responsible for the outbreak of the Second World War: “I heard a drunk, mentally unstable man in a pub car park shout that Sturgeon fabricated the ‘peace in our time’ letter brandished by Chamberlain on his return from the Munich peace conference,” posted UG, “I have no reason to disbelieve this.”

The anonymous poster went on to write “If this is subsequently proven untrue I will just ignore it and swivel to the accusation that the very existence of a mentally unstable drunk man in Scotland shows Sturgeon’s lack of judgement over funding of mental health services and alcohol pricing. She’s the woman in charge, she is responsible for everything. God knows what would happen to these poor incompetent people if we English were gracious enough to grant Scotland its independence, we really need to look after them for their own good.”

Speculation continues to mount that Sturgeon has been personally responsible for every disaster to hit humankind. Anti-Sturgeon campaigners have pointed out that Ms Sturgeon is yet to deny any involvement in the crucifixion of Christ, and also that scientists have not yet proven she did not personally kill all the dinosaurs in the Cretaceous-Tertiary Mass Extinction.

Urmstongran was contacted for comment but was unfortunately too busy sticking pins into a small doll.

The vast majority of us understand the situation very clearly, and are unlikely to be swayed by this intervention. Broadly speaking, the heart says throw everything at Russia's invading army. The head says, what will be thrown back at Europe?
This is not a Mel Gibson film.

Which is why it's so unacceptable to use the situation to try to score points about a leader you think so little of, and in such a childish way.

But maybe since you understand the situation so clearly, you could offer your services to the MoD, or even MI6.

Does the name 'Chicken Kiev' really come from Kyiv? It would be logical to assume that the name of the dish originates from the name of the capital of Ukraine – Kyiv., but it does not. Even though there is no documented proof, many Ukrainian chefs agree that authentic recipe originates from France.

Australian supermarket Woolworths has made a change to the naming of their “Chicken Kiev” products in an effort to show respect for Australian-Ukrainians. The small change was discussed with The Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations and was done to stand in solidarity with Ukrainians living in Australia.
