I doubt anyone loves pageantry more than I do but I will never watch this coronation.

Tradition is considered practically sacrosanct until something 'unpleasant ' comes up- then it's 'let bygones be bygones '

Time hasn't and never will change the fact that decency is decency and it far outweighs tradition or monarchy for that matter.

I don’t think Mrs PB should be anointed. She is a mistress who together with Charles caused a marriage to fail. I would never personally call her Queen or show her any respect. She clearly had no self respect and neither did he, who clearly married Diana in arrangement to produce heir. Sorry, it’s very sharp in my mind and he is very entitled and getting his own way. Bring in the coronation of William. He will hopefully be a better King, if we still have a monarchy then!

As you know, I am not a fan of Charles but I think that suggesting that he would be on the guest list is a bit much. Many people had no idea what JS was up to and I don't suppose Charles did either. I can tell you that even family members don't know that their loved ones are paedophiles so somebody you meet intermittently who is known for outstanding charity work may well deceive you.
