Well 10 really as Raab held the position twice. So the impact on the justice services: huge backlogs in civil and criminal courts, changes to the Parole Board which were deemed illegal and may have resulted in dangerous prisoners being released. Prisons over populated and government recently done a Uturn on the promised 1000 extra places. Crime up to 6.6m cases in 2022 - a 10% increase on previous year. About time we had some stability and positive action!
