'Unduly lenient' rape sentence to be appealed

I know there was quite a discussion on this case earlier this month, so I thought I'd post an update. As I thought, the sentence is to be appealed against:

This was bound to happen. I hope that there is a better outcome for the girl and her family and that the 21 year old gets any help and support that he needs as well.
