It’s quite an eye opener that people have been able to access the actual content of the speeches given at the National Conservatism Conference as opposed to short snippets. I have not been so successful and wonder if anyone can tell me how to access more detail?

I find it interesting that Miriam Cates, a Cambridge graduate, thinks that fewer people ( well, women, actually) should be going to university.
