Whether Fujitsu are liable for consequential loss by the taxpayer probably depends in a narrow sense on the contract terms if they failed to provide a system fully up to specification. But they may be susceptible to pressure via diplomatic channels with the Japanese government and/or being excluded from future contracts.

No, DamaskRose, I managed to sign it first time. Maybe there were lots of people trying to sign at the same time, which is sometimes a reason for problems. Keep trying!

I have tried several time to sign this with no luck - is anybody else having problems?
