This should have been taken seriously some time ago Iam.

There's a lot of evidence that the behaviour of serious offenders escalates over a period of time and often begins with less serious offences.

Exactly smiles and this was something we’d teach to sw/police over twenty plus years ago. It’s hard not to conclude that offences against women and children aren’t seen as important enough
The other thing is the proven link between domestic abuse and sex offences

Yes. Those so called low level offences are red flags.

Humberside Police did not investigate his early offences properly.
He was a voyeur, broke into peoples homes and stole sex toys and had exposed himself!
He should have been arrested and deported immediately.
