The Germans didn’t exterminate people in all their concentration camps. Some were purely slave labour camps where people worked very hard and were given very little food, and absolutely no medical care whatsoever. Often they died, but they died because of a lack of food, unsanitary conditions, and very hard, backbreaking work. Other camps were extermination camps. Treblinka, Sobihor, Belzec, and Chelmno were such camps, killing camps purely. Other camps were mixed work and death camps, Auschwitz and Majdanek were those types of camps. There were many other infamous camps which did not have industrialised killing facilities, but were concentration camps where people were starved and worked to death. Bergan Belson is such an example.
Neither Gaza nor the West Bank fit any of these descriptions.
