I'm glad other Arab states have been involved - it's alluded to several times so we dont know the "Behind the scenes" talks.

Yes, hostages return has to be absolutely central, but the US feels the Israelis have to also hold back on further action in Rafah, (in the last part of the report), which I agree with.
