Another terrorist attack in Russia

I wouldn't put it past Putin to have manufactured this, as many claim he did with the theatre incident.

I obviously don’t know if Putin manufactured this but there has been Islamic unrest in some areas of Russia for years, so I’m unconvinced of the argument that he manufactured this, but he might have. I haven’t really got words to describe my feelings about him except to say he’s despicable. But I’m unsure that we can lay this at his door. I didn’t think it likely that he manufactured the horrific theatre attack either, although that was a bit closer to home.

I doubt very much this had anything to do with Putin.It took place in a Muslim region and attacking and killing Jews and Christians would be right up the street of young Muslim hotheads there in revenge for Gaza.
Two of them related to a top government person in the area are in custody.
