Agreed, Wyllow. This notion of pushbacks and the legal ramifications were all debated there years ago when Priti Patel was Home Secretary. Maybe Anderson should have been paying attention and taken the time to familarise himself with international marine law which hasn’t changed.

As the right-wing in America become increasingly deluded, dangerous and hostile to the UK, whipped up even more now by that madman Vance, we need to be very careful of alienating our nearest friends in Europe and to work with them to find a solution to this. Please can you give your U tube sources. it's not enough to say, "I heard that" or "I read that" to be credible and to verify. There's lots of outrageous stuff on SM generally that's quite appalling.

They can't deport them if they have no documentation can they, these so called asylum seekers/economic migrants are not stupid are they, they have had the means to pay thousands of pounds to smuggling gangs to get here. Labour will deport no one.
