Why is it a shock? We don't know these people. He always appeared a bit weird to me.

Am wondering how this will reflect in the BBC, they turned a blind eye to Savile, and on top of what is now apparent about their top news presenter Edwards there is the scandal about Strictly with contestants given no help and indeed encouraged to keep quiet it seems.

I must admit I was very shocked.
Frankly I don't care too hoots about his mental health.
What about the mental health of those abused children in the pictures?

Yes I remember the threads on here. How vociferous people were when we dared to raise issues of child safeguarding.
His poor mental health though.

The former BBC Newscaster and anchor man for so many State occasions is appearing in court today with having indecent images of children.

Over 30 images in all, with three being of the most serious level…
