Right Wing False Flag?????

(92 Posts)

Hope not Hate, Nick Lowles has apparently tweeted that the so called right wing marches were a false flag operation.

They were never going to happen.

In other words they lied to cause trouble.

Can this be true?

15 people at least from the ^opposing^ marches (left wing I suppose, at least those rallying against what they perceived to be a threat ) have been arrested.

So if true, does this mean our own gov. is driving the narrative??

Anyone else see something on this?

It's about last night in particular I think. Nick lowles himself seems to be saying the information was false, the photos you are using were from the previous days.

Nobody is questioning the timing, I just find it hard if not impossible to imply the government is somehow complicit in a “false flag” exercise.
And I don’t think we or anybody should be spreading what is only gossip.

Look out for vague hints where no references are given yet veiled accusations made!

Do you have a hint or reference that would be helpful Wyllow?

I know you're pretty efficient at showing links.

I think the more information one has the better, don't you?

I saw it as conjecture.

Also interesting.

If it's not for you that's ok.

That's how I understood it.

Why is he saying this though?

I find it odd that he has this knowledge, and the power to release it. He manages a charity. confused

Ignore me, I'm just too inquisitive smile

FGS whitewavemark2 if everyone isn’t a Pollyanna about events, or they’re horrified that a Labour Councillor stands ranting to a crowd in the street about killing the far right then that’s fine by me.
It’s not all about skipping through the glitter and drag queens and poetry.
Of course the wave of violence will be over at some point but it’s what happens before we reach that point.

Oh dear has someone upset you?

Really you would be much better to ignore my posts as I constantly seem to irritate you.

I mange to ignore yours it’s quite easy. 😄😄👍👍

But unfortunately you don’t ignore my posts as you’ve just proved.
I wonder if you’ve ever read Mapp and Lucia? You’re def reminding me of Elizabeth Mapp here.
I find your naive comments on politics irritating it’s true but manage to contain myself mostly.
Because you start constant threads doesn’t entitle you to say how they then go.
I shall continue to either praise Starmer and Labour when they do things right and call them out when I think they’re wrong, I don’t go in for slavish partisanship.Starmer did right to curtail the riots by fast arrests and charging but still needs to address the elephant in the room, namely immigration. It will be just one term for Labour if they get it wrong.
I realise that for some their own political party is all singing and all dancing but they have to put up with the different views of others.
Do feel free to really ignore my comments if you choose.

Nick Knowles by comparison has 170 thousand followers, so maybe he could lead a revolution of some sort.

Galaxy Thu 08-Aug-24 22:09:20

He has 42 thousand followers. I think the horse may have bolted so to speak.
Poor Nick Knowles though.

I can only tell you what he is saying WW.

True.

So much misinformation flying around isn’t there?

GrannyRose15 Thu 08-Aug-24 21:55:15

If everyone stayed at home and didn’t post on the internet then they wouldn’t get into trouble however hard other people tried to incite them.

Well the fact that thugs turned up rather disproves that theory I think.

Here are our thugs from Brighton. The police kindly gave them a lift out if their frightening situation.

Great post RosiesMaw2

On the communities coming together (our the whole period of time, starting with the bewildered people in Southport cleaning up the day after murders and mayhem.

And the prompt responses

I am completely lost over this and cannot make head or tail of it.

Is the instigator saying that someone posted that some of the residents of the suffering communities who came out and stood in the streets with placards and effectively stopped much of last nights rioting, decided to join the other side and pretend to be rioters, to make the situation look worse?

If my understanding is correct. Could this vague poster tell us which towns this occurred in. Come to that could they identify the country. Lots of countries are dealing with rioting at the moment : Bangladesh, Venezuela, Kenya these crossovers could have happened in any of them.

Thank goodness for that, I thought I was the only one! 😂😂

This strikes me as conspiracy theory gone bonkers - is the best you can do?
The far Right were indeed out in force - causing god knows how much damage to property, to livelihoods but most of all to communities and community relations
Muslims felt real fear barricaded inside their places of worship, asylum seekers in their accommodation and shopkeepers and local businesses saw their living evaporate to the greedy, thieving looters who felt deprived of crocs and Lush cosmetics.
The response from communities such as that in Brighton and Walthamstow night restored my faith in human nature. Instead of hatred and intolerance, the extremists’ toxin was met with tolerance, welcome, love and kindness .
It might give some people satisfaction to snipe and blame conspiracy theory or double dealing but for me the prompt justice meted out to the offenders (on both sides!) restored my faith in our government not to as the Home Secretary “take their foot off the pedal”

Galaxy Thu 08-Aug-24 21:25:26

Nick lowles seems to auto correct to Nick Knowles, poor fellow he is definitely not involved.

Well, Knowles only ID'd one of the sources of threats very specifically:

That list which was a list of solicitors, their work address, their home residences, in order to encourage personal attacks on these people. Many but not all were Immigration Solicitors.

If Knowles is right on this, it's appalling and direct encouragement to direct violence to there - and their families. In which case the threat could not be ignored. it's bad enough to read social media encouraging attacks on Mosques but people in their homes? It explains why solicitors offices and other premises were boarded up.

I hope these posts will be traced and the posters arrested and charged.

I think it's Nick Lowles, Willow3

Sorry to nitpick but Nick Knowles helps people in need by renovating and changing their homes.

Callistemon gringringrin

Well Nick Lowles could have been encouraging 'changing their homes' but through a different method.

Wyllow3 Thu 08-Aug-24 21:21:57

I'm glad! I went off to google Nick Knowles 🙂

Callistemon213 Thu 08-Aug-24 21:16:43

I must admit the first time I looked at the thread I thought "surely not Nick Knowles" 😮

Oh M0nica your post did make me smile smile

I'm more confused than ever, am I the vague poster, as I started this thread?

Or do you mean Nick Lowles who posted the tweet I quoted?

The best I can say is the link given by OldFrill is quite informative.
