Listening to Jeremy Vine show today and people were ringing in about things they had had stolen in unlikely places.

A man rang in and said after he qualified as a barrister, his grandfather bought him a very expensive pen. (About £120 around 40 years ago.) It was stolen from a room that only barristers are allowed in.

A woman had her bag and contents stolen at the Vatican. There were so many examples. A Policeman was jailed today for stealing approx £100 from the pocket of a man who collapsed.

The two Ronnies - The lavatory has been stolen from police headquarters.
A spokesperson said they are investigating, but have nothing to go on.
