Lighten up. Remember the names for Boris? I never moaned. 😊

Oh sigh! It would be really good to drop the childish names and have some kind of serious discussion.

Apparently we nearly had the first blackout on Tuesday when an inter-connector with Norway failed. Gas kept the lights on. ..... it would have been quite entertaining watching Red Ed and Keir-Ching! explain how "their" energy policy and the Net Zero lunacy will keep the lights on ..... when they've just gone out all over the UK.

And what about Miliband's deranged enthusiasm for ruining the country, financially and environmentally in pursuit of some pointless target that no other country is even trying to reach.

All his scheme is going to do is move the UK’s carbon footprint abroad.

Solar panels on farming land, just downright ridiculous, put them in buildings, industrial units or car parks.

My chin is trying to stay up, but so far I am unimpressed.

Feels like a 100 years. What a bunch of hypocrites.

They've made life seem very gloomy, depressing even. I just hope the light at the end of the tunnel hasn't been turned off too!

A rocky start for Labour but will try to be optimistic and hope for better.

My chin is up Casdon 😁
I’m watching developments with interest.

Showing their true colours, didn’t take long, did it….

It’s like 1997 all over again - and that only lasted 13 years after all. Chin up FriedGreenTomatoes2.

I agree, an abysmal start indeed. Not quite what we were lead to believe here on GN before the election is it ? I'd like to say that 🎶 things will only get better 🎶 but I can't bring myself to do so.

Sir Keir will mark 100 days in power this weekend. I think they’ve had an abysmal start. One thing after another. And Sue Grey hasn’t helped either by becoming such a focus of attention. Let’s hope the Budget on 30th October is inspiring.
