What a nasty post! I may not agree with FGT's politics but that's uncalled for! Says far more about you than her.

Good Morning Wednesday 6th May 2026
The world’s most successful business man wants to support Reform. The Tories and Labour will be bricking it.

You may not be blaming her, but others are.
All I am trying to get across is, don't let the chatter drown out what us really going on. England still has a chance to stop this. We do not.
Just for information it's not England but the UK which comprises England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (given in alphabetical order so as to avoid offence). I don't know why so many Americans don't realise we are a union and NI,Scotland and Wales aren't just 'parts' of England.

I can't help feeling that a political party that is run as a company and accepts large donations from a foreigner is not a good thing, but the big worry is the lack of information about Reforms policies. I see plenty of supporters talking about how reform will change everything and "clean the swamp" but no details of how this will happen. People are saying that Farage MUST be Prime Minister, but again no plan to achieve this. Do they expect armed supporters to take to the streets, or do they expect the entire population to join Reform? I think I read that their plans for the NHS covered half an A4 page. It doesn't bode well at the moment.
This is surely the key relevant question?
This is the third page and the discussion has been big on rhetoric and criticism and how Reform Will Save Us All
But not a single word - not one - on any policy.
Well let's face it, every thing Labour promised before and in its manifesto, they've lied through their teeth about and done the opposite. Country in debt, yet they are borrowing more and more, like kids in a sweet shop, throwing it around the world like confetti, but not for our benefit though.
As Maggie said" the trouble with Socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money".
Reform have a manifesto, but as there is no election due yet, unfortunately, it is not relevant.
If it was a dictatorship how come we had a casting vote?

So we should notbe part of a coalition which makes common rules together (the EU with us at top table)- but totalsell out to the USA, Trump and Musk = brilliant news.
Bizarre and sick.
Thing is with EU, they demand terms for their protectionist racket, even Benjamin Butterworth, an ardent remainer, agrees that they are. Follow rules regulations or else, give us this ,or else, rather like a dictatorship. With America and the biggest trading block we now belong to CPTPP, some concerns, but it is a free trade agreement, making it easier to trade with other countries import and export. Bye EU.

Elon has made over $100 million dollars since Jan 6th. He is now in charge of the regulators who regulate his business. This is self enrichment at its finest.
Let's not blame this on his transgender daughter. She started transitioning well before his flip floppong started.
Elon Musk would be in deep trouble if he’d only made $100 million in just short of a year.

I cannot believe any sane person could follow Farage and actually applaud him
How can anyone not see through this man he is transparently nasty, right wing, racist, anti Euro whilst married to a European ( maybe divorced now not sure) so total hypocrite he is an English Trump makes me shudder to even say his nameSorry but Nigel is not racist.
As it’s the panto season all I can say is ‘oh yes he is…’
Oh no he isnt!

The pigs are flying high tonight.
All I will say is “Be careful what you wish for”.
Research, research, research then make an informed choice, don’t be led by rhetoric.

I think he's possibly made slightly more!
Elon Musks’s wealth has jumped more than $170 billion since Election Day
