He is the least compassionate, empathetic, caring person in the world now..
I hope it comes back to bite him in some way to make him wake up to how he's harming thousands of people but I think he's a sociopath, so he probably never will..

Perhaps a broken limb. You will do anything to make it stop.
And yet Trump feels it appropriate to possiblycancel funding to mobile health units treating civilians in Ukraine.
Perhaps they will receive a waiver but other humanitarian causes will not be so lucky.
