It’s reported one woman has died.

News as in 10 mins ago

"Munich police said at least 28 people were injured after a "vehicle drove into a group of people" in the center of the city on Thursday morning.

Police said in an update that at least two of those injured were in a serious condition and that one child required resuscitation. (the death was aa rumour in a local newspaper)

The BBC reports that a union rally was taking place but it is not clear, so far, if this has any bearing on what happened. Still no information as whether this was deliberate or an accident.

I’ve just seen reported on SkyNews that an incident has just taken place in Germany, Munich I think. A car involved and twenty people have been injured, some critically. The driver has been detained by the police. Maybe he/she was drunk or very elderly, I don’t know.
It’s very sad, prayers for the injured.
