The full summit begins on 19th May. But major discussions have started on Security and Defence in advance. This includes of course discussions on the Ukraine:

it also covers aspects of cooperation on international crime including irregular migration, defence spending, cyber security" a long-term UK-EU strategic partnership that will support economic growth, protect citizens, and support European collective security and defence. We dont have full access to all information sharing systems and its hoped to address this.

The vast majority of people now understand the damage and division that was caused by the likes of Farage over the breaking of our ties with our nearest neighbours who share our values and ambitions.

It is time to start to renew those ties in order to strengthen our economy, defence and trade.

The summit to begin this process has started. Starmer has joined the EU leaders.
