I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but I fear these liaisons, especially Syria and Iraq - lifting sanctions and attempting to do wild deals, what is Trump doing?

Aside from this, has anyone seen the video of Trump talking about the word “grocery” and about eggs? Gawd only knows what that particular Sheik made of this (mad) speech!

Trump is just throwing the whole world situation up in the air and thinking he can control the chaos. I didn't see that speech but I expect to catch up over the weekend with the news.

Things were not very stable before, but now it is getting worse with Trumps idiocy.

I have been struck that every time I hear him speak, he brings up “so many deaths, so many people dying” implying that he will stop it all.

Call me cynical but this as far as I’m concerned is simply aimed at getting a peace prize. Nothing Trump does in other areas suggests that he gives a toss about people’s lives.

He’s one scary mad individual and I wish he’d just vanish from this earth frankly!!

It also doesn’t help any situation that he changes his mind more often than most people change their pants!

World leaders, even the despotic ones, know exactly what Trump is but the go along with the show...while plotting behind his back. They're not so foolish.

Solving or stopping a conflict doesn't automatically get you the Nobel Peace Prize.

What is needed for awards is a sustained commitment to peace in an area where there is conflict, not just wandering into Syria, where the war has stopped and make it easier for them to rebuild the country, and I am sure he will make sure that American companies get a big bite of what could be a very profitable cherry.

If he wants to win the Peace prize he needs to bring about a permanent solution to the Israel/Palestine conflict, which is entirely satisfactory to both, so that hence forward they live in peace and amity. Now that would be worth half a dozen peace prize, but I cannot, in several centuries of Sundays, see him achieving that.
